Innography Launches Professional Services to Enhance SaaS Offerings
New Professional Services bundles will ensure customer success from implementation support to continuing education
AUSTIN, Texas – June 5, 2012 – Innography, the premier IP Business Intelligence (IPBI) company, today announced its strategic Professional Services offering that will provide specialized consulting, education and ongoing support services to maximize long-term strategic benefits for current and future customers. The Professional Services group will act in tandem with engineering to supplement its successful SaaS (Software as a Service) product line.
According to Gartner Research, SaaS providers are moving beyond offering SaaS alone and embracing the "whole product" concept. This will extend the SaaS offering through the inclusion of services that will help customers optimize their business and technical operations once they have engaged in SaaS sourcing.
