Previously, John held multiple VP-level positions at Saba Software for four years, including VP Product Management, as it grew from no revenue to over $60 million and went public as the leader in learning management solutions. John was also VP Convergence Technologies at CSG Systems as that company went public and grew to over $200 million in sales. As a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., for four years in the United States and Europe, John led engagements to solve strategic issues and increase value for clients in a wide range of industries. John was also a leader for four years in Oracle's consulting division, as Oracle grew from its IPO to a billion-dollar firm. John holds an MBA from Stanford and BS degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT. Tyron StadingPresident and FounderTyron Stading founded Innography in 2006 with a vision of redefining the intelligence/analytics landscape. As President and Founder, Tyron believes insights matter, and his mission is to make those insights easier and more integrated into business processes. Prior to Innography, Tyron was an IBM worldwide industry solutions manager in the telecommunications and utilities sectors, and worked at startups focused on mobile communications and network security. He has published multiple research papers and filed over three dozen patents. Tyron has a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MS in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin. Brett PanterChief Financial OfficerBrett Panter brings more than 20 years of experience in a variety of finance executive and accounting leadership positions. Prior to joining Innography, he was Chief Financial Officer for NetQoS, a leading provider of network performance management and service delivery management solutions and responsible for planning, implementing and managing all financial-related activities of the company. During Brett’s 10 year tenure at NetQoS, the business grew from 5 employees and $0.5 million in revenue to 250 and over $60 million. In 2009, NetQoS sold to CA Technologies for $200 million. Prior to NetQoS, Brett worked for various public accounting firms, including Ernst & Young’s assurance services practice and KPMG’s personal financial planning group. Brett holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. Shauna OsborneVice President of Professional ServicesShauna has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry joining Innography from CA Technologies where she was VP of Service Assurance in the North Americas Practice Group. Prior to that role, Shauna was with Hyperformix, Inc., a CA Acquisition, where she was responsible for global services as well as EMEA product sales. Prior to Hyperformix, Shauna was the world-wide Program Executive for the Project Management Profession of the Integrated Technology Services division of IBM Global Services. Prior to her role with IBM Global Services, she was Director of Quality Programs for Tivoli Services (an IBM Company). Shauna has also held various positions with IBM Global Services, Information Systems Management (an IBM Company), SHL Systemhouse, Inc., Bell Northern Research, and Imperial Oil. Shauna holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Regina (Canada) and a master's degree in project management from Western Carolina University. Roji JohnVice President of EngineeringRoji John was employee number four at Innography, and has since led the development and execution of Innography's software as a service offering, and is directly responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle. With over 20 years of software experience, Roji has been pivotal in helping define Innography’s product strategy by building quality applications that enable our customers to make fast and accurate business decisions. Before coming to Innography, Roji was the CTO at Frugal Media where he oversaw technology changes, which resulted in the doubling of channel revenue and streamlined costs. Prior to that, Roji held various technical positions with Cisco, Silicon Graphics, and IBM where he was heavily involved in the development and support of IBM's AIX as it became the leading Unix operating system. Roji holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.
